Phuong Ca Oslo is a branch of Phuong Ca Dan Ca Quoc Nhac. The group was founded to help preserve and teach Vietnamese traditional music.\u00a0 The group was founded based on a program organized by Vietnor in 2000.\u00a0 After the group was no longer active in 2001, the dan tranh class remained and formed into a specialize group in Vietnamese traditional music.\u00a0 Since 2003, Phuong Ca Oslo became a registed organization in Norway.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Founded in France in 2000 by Ho\u00a0Thuy Trang, TIENG TO DONG\u00a0(The Rhythm of Copper Silk) consists of Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese who love traditional Vietnamese music, especially the sounds of instruments such as dan tranh (zither), dan b\u00e2u (monocord), etc. We started our journey to promote Vietnamese traditional music and culture to the world. Ti\u1ebfng V\u1ecdng Qu\u00ea H\u01b0\u01a1ng is formed since 1985 in San Jose, California, U.S.A. Members of the group are Vietnamese traditional musicians and Vietnamese traditional singers who love the Vietnamese Traditional Music and would like to keep and maintain the Vietnamese Traditional Music in America, and to introduce the Art and the Beauty of Vietnamese Traditional Music to the World. The group currently has about twenty people and is directed by Mrs. Ng\u1ecdc Lan and Mrs. Ng\u1ecdc Dung. The Ti\u1ebfng V\u1ecdng Qu\u00ea H\u01b0\u01a1ng Ensemble performs variety type of Vietnamese Traditional Music from Vietnamese Folk Music (d\u00e2n ca) to Vietnamese Classical Theatrical Music (C\u1ea3i L\u01b0\u01a1ng S\u00e2n Kh\u1ea5u). Tre Viet is a Vietnamese Musical Group based in Mississauga – Canada. Founded in 2000, we are specializing in folk songs and music of the old imperial courts using Vietnamese traditional musical instruments.
